Andrew Talal: Dr. Talal is currently Professor of Medicine at SUNY, University at Buffalo. He is the principal investigator on a 5-year award from the Patient-Centered Outcomes Research Institute to study telemedicine-based HCV treatment among patients on methadone. Dr. Talal is also the Chair of the New York State Telehealth Workgroup with the objective of increasing access to telehealth as an option for HCV treatment among persons with opioid use disorder.

 

Mary Zelazny: CEO, Finger Lakes Community Health Center. Ms. Zelazny has focused much of FLCH’s work on the integration of health information technology within the organization, including the development and operation of the Finger Lakes Telehealth Network. FLCH is now a nationally recognized leader in the implementation and use of telehealth, connecting a wide variety of healthcare providers through technology, to provide more access to care for patients.
